The holiday trap.

How do we stay motivated during the holidays? We are constantly pulled in many directions during these next couple months with friends, family, food, events, etc. that we tend to forget that we need to take care of ourselves. It's that time of year when extra calories lurk around every corner -- frosted cookies at the office, eggnog at your neighbor's, jelly doughnuts for Hanukkah or chocolates in your stocking. All these extras add up, and if you're like most Americans, you'll put on a pound or two by New Year's Day. Why not fight that trap by finding yourself working extra hard during this holiday season? It'll not only make it much easier to enjoy those luxuries but easier to get back into your routine post-holiday season. Stay on TOP of your goals and stay starts with you. If you don't make time for yourself, no one else will.
