Raw Apple Energy Bites.
2 cups Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Chia or Flax Seeds (I used Chia)
3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Peanut or Almond Butter (I used PB)
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
pinch Kosher Salt
1 cup chopped Apple (I used Honey Crisp)
In large bowl, mix oats, seeds and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix PB, honey, vanilla and salt. Pour over dry mixture with spatula, then use hands to really mix it well! Add chopped apple and roll into balls. Eat and enjoy! Refrigerate for 3-4 days.
